Children complete the entire route independently.

Group management

Groups (4 to 6 per side of the pool); route completed individually and in competition with another team.
Movement: By stations, in sequence.
Instructor: Out of the water, guiding and ensuring safety.

15’ to 20’, main part.

Know how to enter and exit the pool safely; Be able to control your breathing

Description

Students begin the exercise on the edge next to the starting blocks in two teams differentiated by color. The exercise is performed in a circuit:
1. Entering the water with a vertical jump into a floating hoop. Submerging to pass through 2 hoops at the bottom of the pool
2. Collecting two objects of the team's color and throwing them to the side edge.
3. Climbing and crossing floating mattresses.
4. Carrying two balls to the point where they will shoot the basket.
5. Shooting the balls into a target (made with noodles or a basket), exiting the pool after.
