ULille hosted the first ALFAC transnational meeting from September 27th to 29th, 2022, in Lille, France. The partners had the chance to officially meet and present their ongoing and foreseen contributions to the project.
The kick-off meeting of ALFAC, hosted in Science Po Lille on September 29th, 2022, was a great success, with 97 participants on-site and 66 online.
During this online meeting the whole consortium worked on the design of the ALFAC test battery. What tasks should be proposed to measure children's aquatic skills? What are the scoring criteria? How can the instruments be adapted to different types of pools? This was the programme for these 2 days of work, which culminated in a first version of the ALFAC test battery for pilot studies.
The ALFAC consortium held a transnational meeting in Köln, Germany about the organisation of the data collection and record-keeping of children's results on the Aquatic Literacy test in each country and through Europe.
