The University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw has three faculties: The Faculty of Physical Education, the Faculty of Physiotherapy and the Faculty of SportsScience. The University offers six programmes, in the form of full-time, extramural, postgraduate and doctoral studies. The Faculties of Physical Education and Physiotherapy are fully authorised to grant bachelor’s and master’s degrees as well as confer academic degrees of doctor and habilitated doctor of physical culture sciences.

Marek Rejman

An Associated Researcher at the University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw, (Department of Swimming), Marek Rejman has been involved with swimming for the past 22 years. His research interests are in biomechanics, as applied to the areas of competitive swimming, lifesaving, and swimming teaching. For the past 20 years, he has focused on the efficient and economical use of the “Monofin” as a source of the propulsion and is engaged in bridging the gap between coaching and science in developing this focus to assist the Polish Monofin Swimming Team. His papers have been published in several international journals and he is the author of several conference contributions related with the biomechanics of Monofin swimming. His research was recognized at the 10th International Symposium for Biomechanics and Medicine in Swimming, Porto 2006, where his research was awarded the prize for the “Best Poster Presentation” at the conference. Marek started his career as a swimming instructor and coach, working with numerous levels of swimmers in Poland.

Daria Rudnik

Daria Rudnik is an instructor in the department of Swimming at the University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw and as vocation training in primary school teaching.

Anna Kwasna

Swimming coach (age group 10-13) at primary school from 2001 until now Instructor of lifesaving (since 2015). Doctor of Physical Culture Sciences (PhD) 2008. Postgraduate Philosophical Studies at University of Wroclaw, Poland, 2014-2015. University School of Physical Education, Wroclaw, Faculty of Physical Education, Employed from October 2006. Adjunct at Department of Swimming from October, 2008.

Andrzej Klarowicz

Swimming coach (from kids to senior age group) 1998 until now Instructor of lifesaving (since 2015). Doctor of Physical Culture Sciences (PhD) 2002. University School of Physical Education, Wroclaw, Faculty of Physical Education, Employed from October 1994. Adjunct at Department of Swimming from October, 2000.
